LEGAL
The Cabin operates in full and strict compliance with all applicable Ontario and Canadian firearms laws and regulations, including the Firearms Act and related federal and provincial requirements. All regulated products are sold only to legally eligible individuals. A valid PAL or RPAL is required where applicable. Government issued photo identification, license verification, background checks, waiting periods, record keeping, and all mandatory transfer and reporting requirements are strictly enforced.
No private sales are permitted. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
The Cabin reserves the right to access, retain, and disclose customer information where required to comply with applicable laws, court orders, subpoenas, lawful government requests, audits, inspections, or regulatory inquiries, and to ensure compliance with public safety obligations.
All sales, transfers, and related transactions are conducted in accordance with current federal and provincial legislation and oversight.

The Cabin is committed to protecting customer privacy and maintaining a safe and compliant environment. Personal information is collected, used, retained, and safeguarded in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and is limited to what is required for lawful transactions, safety, compliance, and business operations.
Customer information is not sold, traded, or shared with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Information may be accessed or disclosed only when required by law, lawful government request, court order, or regulatory authority, or when necessary to protect public safety, prevent misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of The Cabin, its staff, customers, or the public.
The Cabin takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
